Der erste NEWCOMERS (champions of tomorrow) Event war ein voller Erfolg!!!
Die Kampfpaarungen waren so beeindruckend, dass Kenner sowie auch Laien dieses Sportes schwer beeindruckt und begeisterst waren.
Es wurde nach original Muay Thai Regeln gekämpft, was auch dazu beigetragen hat, dass der Anlass so attraktiv wurde.
Der Veranstalter wusste dass die Kampfpaarungen ausgeglichen und spannend sein werden aber dass diese jungen Kämpfer sich so harte Kämpfe leisten würden, übertraf sogar seine Erwartungen.
Auch Azem Maktsutaj der als Stargast eingeladen war, fand nur gute Worte für die Leistung der Kämpfer die in beeindruckt haben.
Der Veranstalter wird bald die nächte NEWCOMERS ankündigen.

Kicks, punches, knees and elbows were all on display at the Holiday Inn yesterday. The Next Generation of first time Prokick fighters hit the ring for the debuts. Topping the bill was Mark Bird against Danial Zahra in a K1 style Oriental rules match that thrilled the packed Holiday Inn hotel.
Teams from 3 different kickboxing clubs in England, 2 clubs from the Republic of Ireland, a Scottish club along with an International fighter from Malta all gathered in Belfast for a fight afternoon.
18 fights were on display from lightweight right up to heavyweight.

Rückkampf der zwei Spitzensportler, Steeve Valente (Strassbourg) VS Tayfun Karci (Masters Gym Duisburg), beide Kämpften Dezember 2009 in Basel im Airport Hotel, in der Verlängerungsrunde konnte Steeve Valente den Kampf für sich Entscheiden. Am 3. April werden beide in Troyes Frankreich gegeneinader antreten.
